| Now you begin to see the crowds at the Christmas Markets. People are out every evening in the cold for hours. They dress warmly like they are at ski resorts. BTW -- at the very moment in Washington it was much colder and it was snowing. | Crepes again? Why not? Here a crepe artist makes on-order crepe for a customer. It was a Nutella (hazelnut spread with a chocolaty taste loved by Europeans) crepe. My favorite, of course, is a Grand Marnier crepe which I first tasted years ago during my stay in St. Tropez, France. |

| Cotton candy and other candies and cakes. | Another hot chestnut salesman. They are called "Maronen" in Germany, and "Marron" in France. The roasting smell is compelling. |

| Nothing could be "wurst" than missing dinner. | The potato pancake assembly line. Great tasting. Highly popular. Very greasy. |

| I think it's pizza, but I didn't see the Domino's sign. | Nutcrackers are everywhere. |
