Outlook for This Season Very Bright

EVERYTHING POINTS TO ANOTHER CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM

It does not seem possible that another year has passed and we are starting on the 1927 football campaign. The prospects this year are unusually bright. We think the candidates are the most promising looking bunch of fellows the Yellow Jackets have ever had under the tutelage of Tom Moran who has charge until the arrival of his father, Uncle Charley, should develop into a wonderful football machine.

Those of you who have witnessed practice, know that Tom knows his onions and he also has a most amiable disposition and you can expect perfect harmony in the team. After all, this is what makes a winner in pro football as there is no question but what makes the players know their stuff. The difficult thing is to get them working together.

The Association also seems to be on a firmer foundation. There is perfect harmony on the Board of Directors. They operate as one man. The Committees have been very active since their appointment and Chairman Castor of the Ground and Ticket Committee and Chairman Carroll of the Players Committee and Chairman Preston of the House Committee deserve special mention for the wonderful work they and their respective Committees have accomplished. The Board, in all its work, has endeavored to satisfy everyone, but, of course, you know that is impossible. So please do not get out your hammers at any little mistake. Let your criticism be constructive and all join hands to make 1927 a banner year. We solicit your patronage and all will do all within our power to warrant it.
