- Doula Services
Philosophy - I believe that birth is inherently trustworthy. It is a Rite of Passage for parents to birth a child. Going through the process is an experience that can empower a woman beyond her expectations and bring partners closer than they knew possible. At the same time, the journey can be filled with fear, uncertainty and pain. A doula helps to make the journey a positive one by helping the laboring woman (and her loved ones) to realize the awe of the birth journey, while helping to minimize the negative aspects of birth by matching fear and uncertainty with experience and education and reducing pain with an extraordinary array of comfort techniques. By doing this, the doula helps guard the memories of the journey through birth to parenthood.

- Childbirth Classes
Philosophy - I believe that knowledge reduces fear and uncertainty. With that in mind, I provide all inclusive childbirth education.
- Healthy Pregnancy Class - The foundation for a positive birth experience is a mom-to-be who has stayed healthy and minimized her risk of complications. In this class, I cover exercises that will help with labor, nutrition for mom and baby, and techniques to minimize the discomforts of pregnancy.
- Bradley® Method Classes - As your Bradley® instructor, I provide a 10-week course that will give students the information and tools to have the best birth experience possible. These services are beneficial to anyone anticipating the birth of their child, whether you are having a hospital birth or a homebirth.
