The Bradley Method® Class
Information
I prefer to be in a relaxed and intimate setting, so classes
meet at my home (with my family and pets nearby). Once you have registered, please call me so I
can give you exact directions from your home.
Please wear comfortable clothing to
class in which you can stretch or exercise.
Please also bring 2-3 pillows.
We will meet
on Tuesdays, for 10 weeks, starting at 7 p.m. and ending between 9:30 and
10:00. Please make every effort to arrive 5 minutes early so
the class may begin promptly and finish as early as possible.
The
total fee for the course is $300 or $190 for a refresher class (6 total classes
with an option to add additional classes for $30/class). You
may reserve your place in the class by:

questionnaire and emailing it to me at gail@karlovsky.com

AND send me a deposit
of $50
o Using
regular mail (I'll email you my address after you have sent me the questionnairre)
o Using
Paypal if you'd like, by sending it to my alternative email address, gkarlovsky@comcast.net. Please do
NOT use a credit card as I then have to pay more to Paypal.
The
remaining balance of the class fee will be due at the start of the second
class. You are welcome to continue to
attend the next series at no additional charge until you give birth.
It is very common for women’s partners
to wonder about what they are getting into with a class like this. Though my husband, Steve, was very involved
from the beginning of my pregnancies, he has gained far more than he ever
thought possible from our Bradley® class. I have enclosed a letter from him talking
about his unique perspective of the skills he gained through taking The Bradley
Method® classes.
