Camping June 25th , Chinitok State Park, MD
tThis year, our 3rd family camping adventure took us to the foothills of a state park in Maryland.  The weather was great, and the area consisted numerous hiking trails, a nearby swimmming lake and nicely laid out campsites. The weekend was primalrily in celebration of Debbie's 30th birthday who 1) wanted to go camping and 2) wanted a lobster dinner. Seems like meeting both wishes could be hard to fulfill on the same weekend. But fear not, hubby Bob drove miles to find fresh lobster and Alasskan crab legs AND clams just begging to be grilled. So, for the third camping trip, seafood was on the menu. Remember Surivor 1 in Massachussets ( clam bake including lobsters), Survivor 2 in NJ ( Seafood restaurant on the way home ), and now Survivor 3 (lobsters, crab legs and clams cookin on the grill). The evening was topped off with a surprise birthday cake for Debbie. The kids loved the woods and hiking, rock jumping accross a creek and climbing up a steep rock face to get a better look at where the water falls began. The entire Marshall family found no obsticle to daunting. When we arrived we were warned of bears in the area, to which Sara when looking over some cave looking area said, can we go see the bears. There is no fear for these kids!
