We first celebrated Christmas at home and then drove to Michigan to spend the holiday visiting Gail's parents and her sister's family. This gives us three opportunities to open presents.

We lead the neighborhood in inflatables, and more are on the way! We opened presents on Christmas Eve, and then drove to Michigan on Christmas Day.

Michigan had about a foot of snow on the ground when we arrived. We exchanged presents with Gail's parents on the evening of Christmas Day.

One afternoon we enjoyed hamburgers from Hunter House in Birmingham and a trebuchet demonstration at the Cranbrook Institute of Science. Patrick and Frank finished the holidays by attending the Baltimore Ravens final game of the season, a 30-23 victory over the Miami Dolphins.
