I was sick all day Thursday. All I remember was sleeping, sleeping, and sleeping. Mom and Beth dragged me out late afternoon to get something to eat at a mall they had scoped out earlier. The Eaton Center has a giant food court in the basement. I found what I wanted at the Galileo Grill: fast food steak! They even had filet mignon! I had a strip steak for $7 or so and it was delicious.

We walked around the malls a bit, and came across the train station, Gare Centrale (Central Station).

We spent the rest of the day lounging around the hotel room. We played a lot of Hi Lo Jack during our vacation.

We also played some poker, even though we didn't have chips.

We were able to ignore the construction on Rue Sherbrooke for the most part. We had a harder time ignoring the candy bars that stared at us whenever we were hungry. I know the Omni would have liked us to buy them for $5 a pop but we were able to resist temptation and stick to the Pringles and Coke we bought at Jean Coutu.
