Hennen Duelists Academy,
The Hennen Duelists Academy has been around almost as long as the city itself. Originally, a training ground for nobles only, the doors were opened to any willing to fund themselves or be sponsored by a House.
This opening also significantly altered the clientel of the Academy. Shortly after the Greyhawk wars, an individual named Remiere Sy'tin was tenured as an academy instructor. He was personally sponsored by the Count himself and Remiere's weapon of choice was the spiked chain.
Remiere was begrudgingly accepted but chastized by the other instructors although his talent was undeniable. It didn't take him long to gather willing students and in the last few years now holds the rank of Hennen Master Instructor and claims more students than any other instructor.
The Academy offers a wide range of specialty weapons and all revolve around the weapon finess tradition. Due to the number of hostile humanoids and giants of late, the Academy has leaned towards the less traditional "power" techniques which fit well with Remiere's fighting style. The Academy is located in the "Old City" quarter.
The Academy signet ring is a gold ring with a black onyx chevron set into a deep red ruby.
Cyllor Militia,
Coming soon.
City Guards,
Initial ranks of the city watch report to local constables. Most towns are overseen by a chief constable and then a number of
Deputy or Senior patrol constables under him. Generally each Constable is responsible for up to 12 watchmen.
The city of Cryllor is currently overseen by Sir Andal Berrig as the acting Chief Constable. There are 56 constables under his juristiction.
Merla Hennig is considered his second as Deputy Constable for investigations.
New watchmen are usally assigned a specific district to call home. Deputies are likewise divided amongst the districts but openings are usually
a bit slower to become available. The rest of the smaller towns usually have one tenth the numbers of the City of Cryllor.
It is also possible for exceptional constables to be recruited into the Inspectors of the Mint. Information of the chief Inspector as well as senior inspectors is not public knowledge.
Royal Explorers,
Coming soon
Justice Blades,
This loose organization has recently become more accessable with the events to the west.
Contact can usually be made through Sir Amos Laishneigh at the Fallen Star Inn.
Although usually affiliated with a religion, this group doesn't mandate any defined deity and are well respected and accepted in Cryllor.

Churches,
St. Cuthbert, Heironeous, Ehlonna, Fharlanghn, Zilchus, Trithereon, Xerbo and Norebo have
a central city temple located within the City of Cryllor. All non-banned religions have some sort of
smaller temple or at the very least a shrine that there worships gather at. The major religious also have smaller churches across the country side with small
shrines located in the other smaller towns. Kalannen also has some attention especially with the festival each year.
Divinty Council,
Coming soon.
Pagoda of Harmonic Qi,
Hidden deep within the Jotens, The Pagoda of Harmonic Qi is an enigma. A small hidden temple, is the repository for the drunken masters.
Each year just after planting and during mid harvest, these monks make a trek to the City of Cryllor.
Relieving the stress of 6 months in the mountains, they go on a drinking spree that even dwarves cannot rival.
During this time, both the city watch and the militia are active to insure that the festivities do not get out of hand.
When Count Manz originally came to power, he granted the monks immunity to prosecution during the holy time provided no fatalities or permanent injuries result from the festivities.
Although the Regent is appalled by such behavior, she is bound by the proclamation. Its is also during this time, that the greatest number of half orcs seem to inhabitat the city, especially followers of Nazarn.
The Monestary maintains a membership of roughly 80 monks.
Sea Mages,
Based within the southwestern section of the city, as the Javan is not deep enough for the draft of the ocean going vessels further north, the Sea Mages control all trade into Cryllor along the Javan.
Contracts to the County date back almost as old as the Sea mages organization. Officially under the guidance of Duke Luschan, there are a number of representatives in Cryllor that are responsible for the trade south.
A combination of independant Oeridian bargemen and Rhenee free lances are responsible for trade further up the Javan river.
Although each group is considered "freelance" or independent, both groups
have firm contracts with the Count and Cryllor for their merchantile trade.
Lion Throne Affiliates,
Over the last 10 years, the Count has managed to quietly and quite effectively
remove most of the royal presence in Cryllor. Currently, only a small contingent, about 50 heavy and 100 light infantry remain stationed
in the entire county and these are within the City of Cryford.
Most direct reports to the Lion Throne (KRS, IMA (all branches) and NAW) are opposed by most of the Guilds, albeit very quietly and with some measure of respect, and
even the Royal Navy has been completed replaced by ships of the Sea Mages. The Lady Regent has recently requested aid from the King. This came in the form of 100 Royal Standards calvalry.
Although most were lost, over two thirds in the fight for Sentinel Keep, the rest were promotly escorted back to the border,
given a well placed handshake and thank you, and left on their own to return to the Crown.
