This is a page for the profile pager Citabria. Graphics have been done by Chris O'Reily and are simply fantastic. They are printed on tissue and then used to cover the Depron foam construction. Wing span is 13 inches, total weight is 16.8g and a wing loading of about 2.3 oz/sq.ft. Propulsion is Didel 4.5 ohm pager geared 5.25:1 with a Falcon PU03 gearbox. Prop is a 3.5x2.7 CF prop molded off a cut down and reshaped GWS prop. Receiver is JMP Combo with BSD MiniActs. Battery is ET-90.

The plane has now flown successfully. I need to unglue the motor and adjust the thrust angle. The Rudder actuator and linkage needs an examination to determine why the rudder deflects further in one dirction. Also a hole in the control horn closer in to the pivot needs to be drilled to give more rudder deflection. The Depron landing gear was quickly made the night before the initial flight and the bottom of the landing gear legs snapped off on the first landing. So, a better landing gear needs to be constructed. The equipment opening needs to be extended forward to allow moving it forward to obtain the proper CG. It looks pretty tiny in the picture of it with my friend Chi, right before he flew it. But, it flew well and now needs some refining.
