Entry Procedures: ALL entries must be submitted via www.DirectAthletics.com no later than 5pm, Monday, March 17. There can be NO additions, but you may scratch athletes at the meet. You may have up to six in an event (top 4 can score), but only one of each relay team per school. All races are timed finals. Please give real seed marks, not what you hope they will do!

Entry Fees: $40 per team or $75 for both boys and girls. Checks are payable to "Episcopal High School" and are due before the start of the meet. Mail to

Awards: Medals will be awarded to the winner in each event, and ribbons will go to places 2 through 8. A team trophy will go to the top team for boys and girls.

Scoring will be kept to 8 places: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Entry Participants: The 100, 400, 1600 and 3200 may have unlimited entries. Other events are limited to four individual entries per event, and one relay team per school (except the 4x800, which may have 3 relays per school). [Episcopal will exceed those limits with pre-identified non-scorers, so all of our team members may participate.]

Track and runways are rubberized and no spikes longer than 3/8 inch are allowed. Starting heights may be adjusted at the coaches’ meeting, but are initially set at: HJg – 4’0, HJb – 5’0. PVg – 5’0, PVb – 8’0. Three throws/jumps in the field events, with one more attempt given to anyone who exceeds the distances given in the Coaches' Meeting.

3:00 Coaches Meeting under the tent next to the press box. Refreshments will be served there also.

3:30 Field Events: Girls Pole Vault, followed by boys; Girls Long Jump, followed by boys; bHJ, then girls; gSP then boys; bDT then girls; gTJ then boys.

4:30 4x800 relay

5:00 Running Events start (girls, then boys). All seeded events are finals for time (FAT), the rest of the heats will be hand-timed by each school for themselves. In order:
