Handbag Party FOR THE YOUNG & YOUNG AT HEART Thursday, April 21, 2005 7:00—9:00 pm 1154 Lill Studio 4725 Broadway Street On the Plaza Park right behind the store which is
around the corner from the Sharper Image We are
having a party! Design your own handbag, choosing your own style and fabric
or buy a ready-made one off the rack. Pick from coin purses, cosmetic bags, a
photo album, shoulder bags, a baby bag or everyday tote, clutches, reversible
bags. The possibilities are endless. If you prefer, simply enjoy an evening
with sisters. There will be cheese and crackers, chips and dips, wine and
soda. There will
be a door prize of a custom ordered or ready-made handbag. The size and value

Tuesday, April 12 7:00 pm Container Gardening by Diane Darby (Missouri Master Gardener) Judy
Millen’s home 3708
West 154th Street, Overland Park, Kansas (South
on Mission Road to 154th Street. Turn left on 154th to the second cul-de-sac,
turn left to the second house on the right.) Diane will
bring handouts. There will be giveaways. She brings wacky, wild and fun
containers. There should be something for everyone. Even if you have no yard
or have a black thumb, this should be a fun, educational experience. Please RSVP

Tuesday, March 8 10:30 am Ara’s Gallery & Oriental Rugs 210 West 75th Street Kansas City, Missouri We will
learn about the care and maintenance of oriental rugs, the countries of
origin, and ask questions and get answers from Ara. For lunch we will have
Andre’s quiche and dessert with a mixed green salad and beverage of coffee,
tea or sparkling grape juice. Your $5
