Welcome to the WetBlueInk home page.
I have a passion for Fountain Pens especially vintage ones. I like to imagine the kind of person that used the pen before me and the types of writing they may have done. I use several vintage pens but I think that the Parker 51 is the most attractive fountain pen ever made. It has quality writing characteristics that also make it my choice for my daily use fountain pen. You will find a lot of references and images related to the Parker pen line at this site.
I have included a lot of information in the Maintenance Guide for both the beginning fountain pen user and the veteran pen collector. I plan to update this site as my knowledge increases. With that in mind please feel free to give me feedback on how you like this site or the maintenance guide and any corrections or additions you suggest.
Check out the web links - there is a lot of great information of fountain pens on the web. A lot of history and manufacturer's production information.
All of the fountain pen background pictures are borrowed from other locations. All of the large pictures are of fountain pens from my personal collection.
Please book mark this page and return often to see what's new. Remember that this web site is an ongoing endeavor so if you have comments I would like to hear them. You will get a response.
Regards
Greg Prawl
