2. I am searching for information on Stella
HACKER
who married Harry Alvin
RICE in 1920.
My father was Harry Alvin Rice. His first wife was Stella Hacker, Born 15
April 1892 in Eagle, Fayette, WV. They married in 1920 but had no
children.
She died around 1925. They were from Kanawha County, WV
My father then married my mother and I have information on this. What I
am
looking for is information on the
RICE line.
I know my paternal grandparents'
information but come to a dead end with that on the
RICE side.
My thought was that maybe Stella
HACKER
family may have some information on
my father's
RICE background.
Someone may have a photo of the couple, or vital
statistics certificates that may have family history information.
I found Stella
HACKER's
family pedigree on FamilySearch.com. Her father
was
Charles Hedgeman
HACKER,
born 1859; his father was Perry Hansford
HACKER,
born 1842; his father was John C.
HACKER,
born 1810/20?.
Thank you.

4. My grandfather was Clair Wilson IRWIN b. 10-7-1888(fact).
Oldest son of George Bain IRWIN (fact) and ?(maybe Carolyn?). I believe he
was born around Altoona but I can find no proof of that. I know that he was born in PA. Clair Wilson had brothers Harry and Lyle and
a sister named Mary (other given names and dob unknown).
I know that their mother died and George moved to AL before
1899(George B m. Millie TINSLEY in Etowah County AL).
He left Harry and Mary behind, maybe with other family members. Mary
married a Walter O. KEPHART of the Duncanville area.
Harry grew up Dayton OH. Is this enough to get any help? Anything would be
a help. All of this info was pulled from my mother and my
aunt's memory other than what I stated as fact. Thanks,
