About Grand Gatherings
I began my business
close to 20 years ago as TWINKLE the Clown. I had children of my own, provided in house
private day care for 7 years and taught nursery school for 5 years. I adore working with children. With my family
grown and soon off to college I went to work full-time in a corporate
world. I found I missed working with
children and decided to try clowning around.
I joined Clown Alleys (clubs) to learn more about the art of clowning
and Clown Conventions became a regular pastime.
I do 100’s of
Birthday Parties each year and other events and totally love what I do! Cracker Jacks the Clown is my newest character a
European style clown I developed at the
Besides Twinkle the
Clown I do other characters, Maggie May a bag lady for older Birthday Parties or
Roasts, The
Butterfly Lady for little girl’s Birthday Parties, Esmeralda the Witch
for Halloween, Do
Fuss the Clown is a Magical Clown, Lots of Smiles the Clown runs games and other activities
for Corporate Outings or larger parties, Twink the Elf for
those holiday celebrations and Melanie the Elegant Clown for very special deliveries.
I have won numerous
awards including placing in top 10 as Melanie my Elegant Clown in an
International Convention, NY. I won a
Bronze metal for single skit competition as Maggie May at
Birthday Parties are our specialty
but we are also available for Grand Openings, Corporate Functions, Holiday
Parties, or any Grand Gathering. I can
refer other clowns, pony rides, balloon sculptors, face painters, and many more
unique party entertainers. The only
criteria that someone who is referred by Grand Gatherings is that they love
what then do and do it from the Heart.
