Through self-awareness the client is able to focus on problem solving, goal setting, and developing realistic solutions to the  obstacles they encounter.

Cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and reality based therapeutic  approaches are used to help clients reduce symptoms and promote personal growth.

The Greater Lowell PDC offers individual and group counseling at our office is located at 97 Central Street, as well as on-site consulting and training through our community based programs.
