SCRAP METAL RECYCLING EVENT - Saturday, March 31st, 9am - 1pm

Drop off these items free of charge: All scrap metal including Steel, Iron, Brass, Copper, Aluminum, and products such as Lawn Mowers, Benches, Bicycles, Washers, Dryers, Water Heaters, Swing Sets, Car Batteries, Radiators, Insulated Wire and much more!

We are also taking Refrigerators & Freezers, Room Air Conditioners and Dehumidifiers! – No charge!

And we are also collecting used Printer Ink Cartridges!

DO NOT BRING:  Tin Cans, Paint Cans, Vacuums, Microwaves, Hazardous Material or Electronics.

Email us with questions regarding any other items you wish to bring.

 

HAZARDOUS WASTE RECYCLING - 2012 Various Dates

 

Montgomery County - Details and schedule for hazardous waste & electronics recycling events.  Note that there are separate events for hazardous waste and electronics.  These items are not being collected together in 2012.

MEDICATION RECYCLING - Saturday, April 28th from 10am - 2pm

 

The DEA has scheduled another National Prescription Drug Take Back Day to provide a venue for persons who want to dispose of unwanted and unused prescription drugs.

ELECTRONICS RECYCLING EVENT @ ST. PAUL'S - Fall, 2012, rain or snow or shine! 

Further details to be provided later in the year.  In the past, we have collected CPU's, monitors, printers, all other computer related accessories, audio/video equipment, tv’s, compact florescent light bulbs, florescent tubes, CD’s/DVD’s, cell phones, and ink cartridges to be recycled.   

AERC RECYCLING SOLUTIONS of Allentown would take the electronics we collect for recycling.

APPLIANCE RECYCLING BUSINESS - Refrigerant Recovery & Equipment Recycling Co.  

Free removal and recycling of appliances and equipment containing refrigerant.  This includes refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers.  EPA certified and licensed.  Contact David York of Telford @ 215-723-8219 / cell 267-205-6079.

Green Team Meetings

Our ministry meets on the first Sunday of each month at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, corner of S. Main St. and Lincoln Ave. in Telford (next to the Wachovia Bank).  All meetings are open to visitors.  Attend to learn more about recycling or discuss any environmentally related topic.  Volunteers are needed to help transport items we collect at St. Paul's to recycling centers in Pottstown and Bethlehem.  Volunteers are reimbursed for their trip.  E-mail us if you can help.
