TOM SERVO
Remember the cult TV hit from Comedy Central, "Mystery Science Theatre 3000"? (Affectionately known as "MST3K") Here's a run-down for those who may not have heard of it: It's a show about a janitor named Joel Robinson who is captured by two mad scientists and shot into space on board an orbiting satellite. As part of a dastardly experiment, Joel is forced to watch the worst movies Hollywood has ever made. (Which is just about everything they make) To keep himself from going space crazy, Joel used spare parts on board the "Satellite of Love" to build robots. Some to run the higher functions of the ship, and some to help him watch the movies. Imagine having three of your funniest friends talking through a movie with you, pointing out the bad acting, the plot holes, the generally lousy directing, and you'll have MST3K in a nutshell!
One of the robots is TOM SERVO, who looks like cross between a gumball machine, a toy barrell, Slinky toys and toilet brush holders. The wise-cracking robot was an ideal choice for a 3D game model. Some have said that he's even more lively than his TV counterpart since my version has learned to use his ams! He fits well into Unreal Tournament, using his wisecracks now to taunt his hapless foes. Here's an in-game screenshot:

"Break off bits of me and enjoy me all day!"
He scored a good review on www.planetquake.com/polycount so head on over and read up some more on him! You will also find links to download him for UT1 if you still play that game!
