Information for each glider that you fly is stored on the
Gliders form. This form tracks flying days, number of flights, and total airtime
for each glider. It also displays the longest, highest, highest over launch, and
greatest cross-country distance flight for each glider.
To enter a new glider, first pick the New button, this will clear the form, then
enter the glider name, select between hang glider and paraglider and solo or
tandem. This is the only required information, however, there are fields for
manufacturer, model, size, color, serial no, weight range, etc. There is a
glider notes section that can be used to record maintenance history or any other
glider related information. There is also a previous airtime field. This is used
to enter any airtime that is not accounted for in the flight log. This previous
airtime will be added to the airtime from the flight log and displayed as total
airtime on the form.
