Greg Whitesell – Photography - Referral Rewards Promotion

The Referral Rewards Promotion is designed to reward my friends, colleagues, and past clients for passing my name along to others. If the referral results in the booking a full-package wedding at a minimum rate of $2800, you will be paid $200 after the job is completed and paid for. If the referral results in booking a full-package mitzvah at a minimum rate of $1700, you will be paid $100 after the job is completed and paid for. Please see terms below for full details.

Referral Rewards Promotion Terms:

-Current promotion runs from March 15, 2009 through June 15, 2009. All eligible referrals must be booked within the promotion dates. Terms are subject to change at any time.

-The referred client must mention that you referred me to them, upon initial contact with me.

-The Referral Confirmation Form must be filled out and signed, with home mailing address, email, phone numbers along with the contact information and signature of the referred client to confirm the legitimacy of the referral. Please fill out the form in full and be sure to include the Promotion ID Number you received in the original announcement of this promotion. Each Referral Confirmation Form must be postmarked and sent within 10 days of initial booking of the event.

-Eligible participants: If you received this promotion announcement, it is because you are a past client, colleague, or friend of Greg Whitesell. Though I appreciate it and encourage you to pass my name around as often as possible, not everyone is eligible to participate. Only people who were specifically sent this promotion announcement are eligible to participate in the Referral Rewards Promotion. If you have not been sent a promotion announcement, and would like to be considered to participate in this and future promotions, please send a request to GregWhitesell@comcast.net. Not all requests will be granted and names can be added or removed from the list at any time, for any reason.

-Promotional rewards are given only to those referrals that result in the booking, shooting, and payment for a complete package event. A reward of $200 will be paid out for a full-package wedding with a $2800 minimum booking fee. Reward payment will be made upon completion and payment in full for the job. A reward of $100 will be paid out for a full-package mitzvah with $1700 minimum booking, upon completion and payment in full for the job. Referrals that do not result in a booking, completed job, and payment thereof, are not eligible for reward.

-Minimum eligible booking rates do not guarantee that the job in question will be booked for the minimum. They are a guideline for the cost of most, but not all, full-package events. As each client's event varies in nature from the next, rates may be higher as a result of extraneous demands set forth by the client. It is always my goal to offer the best value along with the best service to all of my clients.

-There is no limit to the number of rewards an individual can receive, so long as it is within the dates of the promotion.

-Not all eligible bookings will be booked: Promotion rewards will only be paid out for jobs that are booked, shot and paid for. As this promotion is designed to generate referrals, it is possible that some referred events will not end up being booked. Sometimes, the clients decide that I am not the right person for the job. Other times, I decide that a certain client, or a certain job is not right for me. Things such as scheduling conflicts, excessive demands, illness, lack of availability, among other potential reasons, could result in a referral that does not result in a booking or completion of a job. Rewards are not paid out for jobs that are not booked, shot, and paid for in full.

-The Referral Reward is not a discount. It is a reward: As this promotion is designed to reward those who refer me to others, and to reinforce the practice, booking clients are not eligible to a discount in the rate of their own event in the amount of a referral reward. I appreciate your business and I intend to prove to you that you made the right decision by hiring me. If you are happy with my work and service, then please refer me to others. At that time, you will be eligible to participate in any promotions that are running.

-Payment: Payment will be made in full to those claiming Referral Rewards within 30 days of receipt of final payment for the referred event. A check will be sent via certified U.S. Mail to the address provided on the Referral Confirmation Form.
