adoption groups nationwide through dozens of
merchandise donations yearly.
How to Request a Donation from GreythoundHut
While we happily strive to fill as many donation requests as possible, we cannot practically fill them all. Over the years, the growing number of requests has become difficult to manage. In order to fill as many requests as possible, we ask that your group help us by following the guidelines below for making donation requests. Additionally, we will now request a receipt and/or acknowledgement letter for each donation. Following these guidelines will reduce our workload, and help us recover some of our cost at tax time. This will allow us to provide donations to as many groups as possible. Please note that your group need not be non-profit or tax exempt to receive a donation.
Requests made according to our guidelines will be given preference over other requests. We prefer written requests, but you may e-mail your request also. Please include the information below in your request.

Your group's Non-Profit Federal tax exempt Number

Contact info of group representative making request (Name, address, e-mail, position & phone number)

Shipping address for donation (where to send item)

Date and location of the event, and Date item is required

How the item will used to raise money. (Auction, raffle, other...)

Estimated event audience size.
After receiving the donation, please send a signed acknowledgement letter or receipt, on your group's letterhead if possible. Otherwise you may print our sample acknowledgement/receipt form and fill in the blanks. Please include the following information:
