prior clients have the option to DROP OFF, MAIL, FAX or E-MAIL tax information. Please complete the organizer and include your name, telephone number and e-mail address. Please have the information in the office by March 31st.

There is no need to arrange and pay childcare. While both taxpayers need to sign a married filing joint tax return, either taxpayer may bring the information for tax preparation.

Call us before you pay!

Please contact us if you receive a letter of "proposed changes" from the IRS. We have saved many clients from having to pay additional tax by reviewing the proposed changes.

Important to bring items:
Any and all of the following forms

  • W-2 (Wages)
  • 1099-Int(Interest Income)
  • 1099-div (Dividend Income)
  • 1099B (Stock Sales),
  • 1099S(sale of Property)
  • 1099A (Acquisition)
  • 1099C (Cancellation of Debt)
  • 1098 (mortgage Interest)
  • Any other government forms that start with the word Form or a meaningless number usually 4 digits long

Your business & other fiscally important Receipt Totals are important for tax prep, however, do not throw them away. Keep your fiscally important receipts for a minimum of 4 years.

We do not accept new clients between April 1st and April 15th. This provides us time to finish clients in process
