SHOWER GIVEN TO US FROM JULIE WITH THE HELP OF LEXIE AND SHARON
MAY 15TH 2004

Our shower started at 5pm Saturday evening. We had 2 newborns and three pregnant women in attendance. I got to hold both of the newborns. They were just as adorable as they could be! We played some fun games like guess how many cotton swabs and baby food fear factor. Julie froze some interesting things into ice cubes and who's ever melted first had to yell that there water broke and they won a prize. People also brought baby photos and we had to guess who they were. We had good food, fun games and great company. We took pictures of everything people have given us. Well, almost everything. Everyone in our life has been so wonderful and generous with us. We really are fortunate. Here is a taste of the things we received at the baby shower and some things bought before and after the shower. I just want to thank everyone for all of the support we have gotten.

Terri croched this very cute set. Purple our favorite color! There is also a blanket that goes with it.

This is from Kris Grover. It was the first thing that was purchased of the registry.

Josh and Heather gave us this. I love the jean!

Robin and Mike gave us this. I love this explorer play set. This can grow with little Clover

Burns, Kim and Amanda gave us these cute outfits. Kim is due in October. Burns Jr. will look great in these cute hand me downs! hehehe

Doug and Heather gave us this adorable little guy. Hes a book and a soft stuffed animal!

This blanket is SO soft! This was given to us by Christina and Thomas. Christina is also pregnant. She loved this rattle so much and to her surprise she was given one too.

Grandma Emily made this. Or should I say Clovers Great Grandma Emily.

Grandma Emily has bought Clover so many cute little duck outfits.

She has also made us some cute blankets and made us promise to use them all instead of saving them.

Although I don't know how we are going to ever get them away from the cats!

Auntie Julie has done a ton. This is just from the baby shower. She has also given us some very cute outfits, among other cute things. For the record, these cute spring rabbits are my favorite and I'll probaby have them broken before the baby comes.

This is all from Shelly, Neil, Jan, Bob, Gary, Terry and Betty. They also gave us a $90.00 gift card that we used to get some things off the registry that we thought we might need.

This is from Jennifer, Trent and Miranda. We had bought these Dr. Browns bottles for Christina and after reading the box thought they would be great and added them to our registry.

Uncle Michael got us these cute duck outfits. He did a great job picking these out. All the duckies are so cute!

This is from Mark and Lexie. I can't wait till the baby is old enough to do this hand print.

They also gave us this beautiful crib. This is a great crib. It will turn info a toddler bed, then a queen size bed frame. We are just in love with this crib.

Uncle Denny, Aunt Diane, Jen, Bob and family gave us the most important gift. We wouldn't even be able to take the baby home from the hospital without this. Jen also gave us her stroler that we can use with the car seat.

Both of our parents have done so much. It's hard to narrow it down to a few pictures, but here we go. Randy's parents bought us this great dresser

They also bought us our crib set that gave us the idea to make the baby room "the little pond"

I cant even go into all the other things they have done and bought for us.

The best thing my mother did for me was fly her and grandma here for the baby shower. It was a quick trip but it meant so much to me. She is making Clover some awsome things. She also gave us some money that we used to buy things we thought we would need for the baby.

This is one of my favorite things. She made this quilt almost on accident. She intended on using different fabric and this fabric was suposed to be used on a nother quilt she was planning on making. She didn't realize till she was done she used the wrong fabric. Little did she know that the colors in this quilt match the paint in the baby room to a "T". The quilt is great and she made the story book to go with it.

She also gave us this stuffed animal music maker. I don't know how many songs are in this little guy but I don't think I've heard the same song twice yet. Also, this little play set hooks to the back of the car seat for baby to look at and play with. Too cute, it's already in the car.

So, there it is. We have received so many other things that didn't make the page, but we do want to thank everyone for everything. This is a very exciting time for us. We are happy to have all our friends and family arround us.
