Whats happening with baby this week:
January 29th 2004 - February 4th

We're halfway through the pregnancy, and the baby has as much sleep and awake time as a newborn. The scalp hair begins to grow. If your baby is a girl, her uterus is starting to develop. Your baby weighs ten ounces and is 16cm crown to rump, or a total length of about 9 3/4 inches. A white, waxy-looking substance called vernix now protects your baby's skin. If you are carrying a girl, she has six million eggs in her ovaries - six times the number she will have at birth. Her uterus is formed and she's beginning to develop a vagina.

Whats happening with mommy this week:

I still have not felt little Clover moving around yet. I do feel a lot of pressure. Maybe Clover is laying on my organs? I can always tell when I over due it. After I rest a bit when I go to get up I feel some cramping. I'm just not used to this take it easy kind of stuff. Well, its tax time so I'm working 6 day weeks. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to keep this up but I'm going to try to make it through April. Boy, I can't wait to have this kid so I can finally get some REST! Hehehehe.
