Whats happening with baby this week:
February 12th 2004 - February 18th

Your baby now weighs almost one pound. He or she measures 19cm from crown to rump, or 10 1/2 inches from head to toe. Your baby now has eyelids and eyebrows and has developed fat, which helps to keeps it warm. In boys, the testes descend. Tiny ears can hear sounds from outside.

Whats happening with mommy this week:
Could someone explain this to me? A trimester is 3 months right? A pregnancy is 3 trimesters. But, you are pregnant for 40 weeks which is 10 months. Which trimester has 4 months in it? And if that's the case, wouldn't there be 2 trimesters and a “quadmester”? I am now between my 6th and 7th month of pregnancy, so what trimester am I in? Am I in my 2nd trimester, my 2nd “quadmester, my third trimester or my third “quadmester”? Man, my head hurts! Everything else seems to be going good. I'm starting to grow out of all my winter clothes. Man, I hope summer comes soon. I have a few big dresses I can wear then, but it's just to cold for now. All of my winter dresses look like winter big shirts now. My tummy is growing so big. And one more thing, WHERE THE HELL ARE MY FEET????
