Whats happening with baby this week:
April 29th 2004 - May 5th

Your baby weighs approximately four pounds, five ounces, and measures 20cm crown to rump, or 15 3/4 inches. You may notice rhythmic movements across your belly now. This could mean your baby has a case of the hiccups. At this point, the amniotic fluid is at the highest level in the pregnancy. The amount will remain constant until delivery. Rapid brain growth has increased the baby's head size approximately 3/8 of an inch this week. Fat continues to accumulate which turns the baby's skin color from red to pink.

Whats happening with mommy this week:

We bought a new car this week. Saturday was a tiring day. We went to two car dealerships, walked around, test drove, and walked away from both. We found the same exact car at both places and went to the one that gave us the best deal. I was so tired at the end of the day but we bought our new family car. It's real nice! It is a 4 door to make getting Clover in and out of a breeze. I can even get my big huge belly behind the wheel! Although it does rub a tiny bit, but dog gone it, I can still fit!

At night I notice Clover being most active. Randy and I were sitting watching TV and the baby started moving all over the place. I asked Randy to come sit next to me and he put his hand on my belly while we watched TV and he could just sit there watching feeling the baby move all over the place. Its quite amazing.
