My '"Pet Portrait" service is the latest addition to my repertoire as an Artist.  After several requests from customers and a lot of thought, I decided to take on the challenge. I now find that I am enjoying this new venture as much as I do my wildlife painting. 

I work from your photographs or digital images.  Choose your favorite shots and select the type of background that you would like.  The final product will be very detailed and a precise likeness of your beloved pet or pets that will last a lifetime.  The portrait will be painted as an original oil on stretched canvas.

Prices may vary a bit based on your exact requirements, but typically will be as follows:

20" x 24" - $600                         24" x 22" - $800                        24" x 30" $1000                      24" x 36" $1200      

(free shipping within continental US - no sales taxes). 

Note: Prices represent unframed artwork. I have found that most of my customers, rather than being charged for a frame of my choice, would much rather select their own framing to conform to their personal taste and decorative style. 

A preliminary sketch will be sent for your approval before starting the painting.  A digital image of the completed work will be sent for your approval before shipping the completed product.

A 25% deposit is required to start work on your project. Balance is due upon your approval of the digital photo image of the completed painting. Your original work of art will be shipped once final payment is received.  Remember, your satisfaction is guaranteed! ... see below.
