Mission of the Village 5 Homeowners Association
We are a senior citizen association formed in 1981 for the following purpose:
Act
as an intermediary when a homeowner has not received a satisfactory resolution
for a legitimate complaint after using all existing problem resolution services.
Monitor the activities of those that
govern the village to insure that the village rules are enforced and all homeowners
are treated equally.
Provide
information to the homeowners via our monthly newsletter & homeowners meeting.
Review current village projects and
when appropriate offer comments to the administrators that may result in greater
efficiency and cost savings.
Act
as an independent third party group that will research events taking place with
an unbiased view of the details.
In summary, to act as the voice of the homeowners. Without the Village Five Homeowners Association your on your own!
