GSPC is blessed with many people of all ages willing to share their musical talent in the praise of God.

The adult choir sings during the 11a.m. morning worship service throughout the school year. Rehearsal is every Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. and all are welcome.

Our youth choir, the Expressions of Joy, provides the Sunday morning music on special occasions throughout the year. This choir is open to Middle School and High School youth, with practice at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, preceding the youth group meetings.

For younger children, the Hummingbird Choir provides encouragement and experience in developing musical skills. The Hummingbirds also perform on special Sunday morning occasions. Practice is normally on Wednesday evenings.

GSPC also has three bell choirs, from beginners to advanced, for those who wish to participate. Practice is normally Thursday evenings. Other instrumental specialties are used throughout the year, and those who play any instrument are encouraged to make use of their skill.

The highlight of our musical year is our participation in the annual Music and Worship Conference at Montreat, NC. All choirs are open to anyone with the willingness to participate. For specific information about any musical activities, please contact the church office.
