If there is one person who is known by everyone who frequents Byberry, it is Officer Mcgrath. He is the type who enjoys his job a little too much. He gets his rocks off by catching trespassers on their way in, or out of Byberry. He works for the 7th district and drives car 713. He is always lurking around on weekends and those endless summer nights He primarily works the night shift and patrols the area around Carter road as that is the easiest way to get in for the people who don't know what they are doing. Sometimes you can spot him easily as he drives the opposite way on Carter Road. (It's a one way street). I have heard that he will not hesitate to come in the buildings after you, especially N-10, and N-9. If he does catch you, hell give you the whole nine yards. Basically, your leaving Byberry in the back of a police car. When the cops are called regarding trespassers, he is usually the first to respond. Security and him usually correspond with each other, and they will both try to head you off no matter what. If you encounter him, RUN. He is not like security, he can take your things, physically detain you (if deemed necessary), and he will tow your car at your expense.
Rule 1- Do not tell him you have a car, or where it is. If caught tell him you walked or caught the bus. Anything to avoid letting out the location of your vehicle.
Rule 2- Ditch all illegal objects as fast as you can. Alcohol, drugs, and bb guns as they are illegal in the city of Philadelphia.
Rule 3- Never admit to anything, unless you are positive that he saw you on the grounds. Though old, he seems to think he is smarter then the average teenager. He may try to trick you into admitting something.
Rule 4- The only way your going to be caught by this guy is if you let him catch you. Don't be stupid and you will be okay. Try to find an entrance that's not directly off of Carter Road. The residents have security's number on speed dial. If they suspect you of wrong doing, they will not think twice to make that call.
