- Nothing at present is known regarding parents of Mary Nimmerfroh Petran. From the gravestone we learn that their names were Johna and Marie. John Petran married their daughter, Mary and had at least one child, Rose (Kwiatkowski). John, Mary and her parents are all buried at the same marker in what was New Picker, now Gatewood Gardens Cemetery, in the South St. Louis area, not far from the area on Grand where they had lived.
