May an unlicensed person
obtain a firearm from an out-of-State source if the person arranges
to obtain the firearm through a
licensed dealer in the purchaser’s
own State?
A person not licensed under the
GCA and not prohibited from acquiring
firearms may purchase a firearm
from an out-of-State source and obtain
the firearm if an arrangement is
made with a licensed dealer in the
purchaser's State of residence for the
purchaser to obtain the firearm from
the dealer.
Q: What Payment methods do you accept?
A: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Q: Must I have the gun shipped to a FFL?
A: Yes, all firearms must be shipped to a FFL. You may pick up an order at our
location by appointment.
Q: Can a copy of the FFL license be faxed?
A: Yes, we do accept faxed FFLs. (We verify ALL FFL sent to us prior to
shipping)
Q: How can I find a FFL to take delivery for me?
A: Anyone who sells firearms has one, gunshops, some pawn shops, or hardware
stores. Some shooting or hunting clubs have a FFL.
Q: Can non-firearms be shipped directly?
A: Yes, items such as scopes, mounts, and other accessories that do not require
a FFL will be shipped directly.
Q: What states will you ship guns to?
A: All 50 states, subject to state law.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are required to charge a 6% sales tax from sales made in Indiana. We are
not required to collect sales tax on sales made in any other states.
Q: Do you insure each shipment?
A: Yes, we insure for total replacement value.
