As of today, I will no longer accept firearms mail/shipped to me from non-FFL holders.  Any firearm shipped to me not from a FFL holder, will be treated as an abandoned firearm and turned over to the BATF's local office.  It will be your responsibility to retrieve it from them.

Sorry, but I'm tired of dealing with idiots.  "I know the law!", "Opp's sorry",  "Oh I didn't know you needed that!"  There are many excuses and e-mails I can post, especially the chucklehead from today.

Dealers, please include a copy of your license and who it is going to.  The shipping label is not enough proof as to whom it came from.

This policy change only applies to weapons NOT manufactured by Class 3 Sales.  Any service/warranty work will still be received.  Please follow the instructions in the owners manual.
