1916 DWM P-08 Luger

I bought this nice Luger from a very kind gentleman 70 miles north of me.
I won it on an online auction for a great price.
But it wasn't until I got it home that I realized it had the Police safety bar!
Nothing against Police, or Police Lugers, but it wasn't what I was interested in collecting at the time.
It also had some sort of heavy varnish on the grips...
...and some HORRIBLE corrosion the seller hadn't disclosed...
...Which was even worse under the grips...
So, even though it was a great price for an all matching Luger, I returned it during the grace period.
The seller was more than gracious, and ended up selling it for more on a re-listing.
Everybody was happy.
