I-64 until you reach exit 21 (LowMoor exit).  Turn right onto VA-696. Turn left onto Winterberry Ave.

exit toward Amherst (about 25 miles). Turn right onto S. Main Street. Turn right onto Lancer Lane.

Take the US-15 exit, exit 40, toward Haymarket/Leesburg. Turn left onto US-15 N/James Madison Highway

Turn right onto Graduation Dr.  Turn left into school.

Merge onto US-460 W via EXIT 118B toward Blacksburg. Merge onto Prices Fork Road/VA-412 W.

     I-81 N toward Winchester.  Merge onto I-66 E via exit number 300 toward Front Royal/Washington.

Exit 43A, Lee Highway/29-S, Toward Gainesville for approx. .7/10 of a  mile, turn left onto route 619E/ Linton Hall Road.  Turn right onto Nokesville road/route 28. Turn left onto Aden road after about ½ miles turn left again to stay on Aden road.

    Take 42 north, watch for signs as you approach Broadway.  The high school turn off is on the right.

     Take route 42 south to the town of Churchville. Continue to follow route 42 south through Churchville. Once out of Churchville travel about 5 miles to Buffalo Gap High School.

     Take route 33 east (4.8 miles from the interstate) to Lawyers Rd.  Turn right between an Exxon station and a 7/11 convenience store and travel 1/2 mile; look for Peak View Elementary School on the left and park here.

   Take I-81 North to Woodstock (exit 283), turn right at Rt. 42 and proceed approximately ½ mile.  Central High School is on your right.

   Take Rt. 33 East to Ruckersville (38 mi). Take 29 North to Culpepper (27 mi). Take Rt.3 East toward Fredericksburg (27 mi). Before coming into Fredericksburg there is a mileage sign which informs Fredericksburg 6 miles. 1/2 mile past that sign, take a right on Rt.620 (Harrison Road) go 1½ miles to Chancellor HS on the right.

   Go I-81 south to I-64.  Take Exit 118B and stay on Rt. 29 North/250 (bypass). Take the Dairy Road ramp toward Meadowbrook Heights Road. Turn left onto St. Annes Road. Stay straight to go onto Grove Road. Turn right onto Melbourne Road.

   I-81 north to Rt. 7 east at Winchester, go approx 7 miles, then bear right at sign pointing toward Berryville.  Go one mile, school is  located behind Cooley Elem. on right.

   Take Rt. 33 East to Ruckersville (38 mi). Take 29 North to Culpepper (27 mi) Take Rt.3 East toward Fredericksburg (27 mi).   Before coming into Fredericksburg there is a mileage sign which informs Fredericksburg 6 miles. 1/2 mile past that sign, take a right on Rt.620 (Harrison Road). Rt. 620 will come up on right hand side after the Chancellor Fire/Rescue Dept. approximately ¼ mile. Go through 2 stop lights and 1 stop sign, stay straight you will have passed Chancellor HS on right side of road.. Take a right Right on Rt. 673 (Piedmont Dr.)  Stay on 673 to end. Make left on Rt. 628 (Smith Station Rd.). Stay on Smith Station Road through stop light. Courtland HS is ¼ mile from light on left hand side of the road.

    Take 33 east to Ruckersville. Take a left on Rt. 29 north.  Stay on 29 until you see signs
for Culpeper Business District exit.  Stay on this road.  You will come to the Holiday Inn. After passing Holiday Inn, start counting stop lights.  Go through 6 lights.  After going through the 6th light, start looking for Floyd T. Binns Elem. School on the right. Go by this school and look for the Dominion Skating Rink on the left.  After passing this you will start seeing signs for the high school. Follow these signs. Turn right on Achievement Drive. The school is on this road on the right hand side.

    Take I-64 East to exit 118B (Culpeper-Charlottesville). Take second exit (sign will say University of Virginia Information Center and Business 250 East) and bear right onto Ivy Rd. At second stop light, turn left onto Copeley Rd. Lannigan Field is on the left. Parking is in the University Hall parking lot on the right.

Turn right onto W Lee Hwy/US-17 S/US-211 W. Continue to follow US-17 S/US-211 W. Turn slight right onto US-211/Frost Ave. Turn right onto Van Roijen St. Turn left onto Waterloo Rd.

    I-81 South to Wytheville. Take I-77 North through the second tunnel which is the East River Mountain Tunnel. Take exit 1 immediately after passing through the tunnel. At the top of the ramp, turn right to the first traffic light. Get in the left hand lane and turn left on 460 West. Proceed through three traffic lights past the Wal-Mart Plaza and take the first exit (Bluefield/Pocahontas). At the bottom of the ramp, turn left on Route 720. Proceed past Graham High School and take a left on Fincastle Lane Country Club Drive and the club entrance is 100 yards on the right.

Floyd T. Binns Middle School       205 East Grandview                        Culpeper, VA 22701
    Take 33 east to Ruckersville. Take a left on Rt. 29 north.  Stay on 29 until you see signs for Culpeper Business District exit.  Stay on this road.  You will come to the Holiday Inn. After passing Holiday Inn, start counting stop lights.  Go through 6 lights.  After going through the 6th light, start looking for Floyd T. Binns Middle School on the right.

    Go south on I-81 then east on I-64.  Take the Zion Crossroads exit (136)  and turn onto Rt. 15 south.  Drive 17 miles into  Fork Union.  The school is on the left.  There will be an Exxon Station and church on the right.  Drive past the main entrance and take a    left onto Rt. 652.  Go down the hill, take a left at the sign "Estes Athletic Center".  Wrestling matches are held downstairs in the center.

Turn right onto US-501 S / Lynchburg Expy / Northwest Expy. Turn right onto US-501 / Old Forest Rd / Lynchburg Expy. Turn right onto US-221 / Lakeside Dr. Continue to follow US-221. Turn left at Ashwood Drive.

Merge onto VA-234 S via exit 44 toward Manassas/ Dumfries. Turn left onto VA-642 west, Hoadly Road. Turn right onto Prince William Parkway/ VA-3000 S. Turn slight right onto VA-3000 E/ Prince William Parkway. Turn right onto Smoketown Road. School is close to Potomac Mills shopping center.

Great Meadows Cross Country Course     5089 Old Tavern Rd.       The Plains, VA  20198

    I-81 N toward Winchester.  Merge onto I-66 E via exit number 300 toward Front Royal/Washington. Merge onto US-17 S via exit number 28 toward Warrenton/Fredericksburg. Turn left at Old Tavern Rd

    Take I-81 South to exit 137 for VA-112. Turn right at VA-112S. Turn right at US-11/US-460. Turn left at Diuguids Lane. Turn right at Parkside road.

    Go I-81 North. Take exit 313. This will put you on 50 west. Stay on 50 west. After passing a McDonalds you are close to the school.  50 West takes a 90 degree turn at the school.  Do not follow the turn.  The school is straight off of 50 west. If you take the turn you have missed the school.  School is on the left.  You will see it before you are there.

    Take I-81 North to exit 313 (Shenandoah University exit). When you get off the exit go west towards Winchester. At the fork bear right and follow the signs to the University. After passing the entrance to the University on your right, make a right  onto Pleasant Valley Road. Go to the Armory and turn right. Go to the next light and turn right onto Cork Street. Go to the next light and turn right into the Jim Barnett Park. Softball is the first diamond.

    Take I-81 North to exit 315 (VA-7) toward Berryville. Turn Left onto VA-7 E / Berryville Pike. Continue to follow VA-7 E Take the exit toward US-15 / Leesburg / Warrenton. Turn Left onto Clubhouse Dr SW. Turn Right onto S King St / US-15. At the first light turn Left onto Evergreen Mill Rd., Heritage High School is one mile on right.

     Take I-81 S toward Staunton.  Merge onto I-64 E via EXIT 221 toward Richmond.  Merge onto US-250 E via exit 99 toward Afton / Charlottesville. Turn Right onto VA-151 / VA-6 / Afton Mountain Rd. Turn Right onto VA-151 / VA-6 / Patrick Henry Hwy. Turn Left onto VA-6 / Pike Rd. Turn Right onto Thomas Nelson Hwy / US-29 S. Continue to follow US-29 S. Merge onto US-29 S / US-460 W toward Danville / Lynchburg. From the Lynchburg Expressway, take 460 West exit (Timberlake Road). Turn left at the first stoplight onto Wards Ferry Road. The entrance to the school is at the first right.

    From I81 North or South....take exit 245.  Turn West on Port Republic Road.  Take the next right onto Bluestone Drive and follow until you see the parking lot for Godwin Hall, the stadium is directly behind Godwin Hall.

   Take Rt. 33 East to Ruckersville.  Take 29 North to Culpepper.  Rt. 3 East to Fredericksburg.
Past the Oak Hill Cemetery.  Go under the overpass and turn right onto Rt. 1 North toward Washington. Turn left at the second light and go one block to the end of the street and make a left turn.  Go to the next street and make a right turn and see the school on the left hand side.  Hugh Mercer Elem. School.

   Take I81 NORTH. Take the VA-37 NORTH/BERKELEY SPRINGS (US-522 N)/ROMNEY (US-50 W) exit, exit #310. Turn left on VA-37 NORTH.  Take the ROUTE 522 exit towards BERKELEY SPRINGS/WINCHESTER. Turn left on N FREDERICK PIKE. Turn right on APPLE PIE RIDGE RD.  James Wood High School is located to the left.

    I-81 North to Winchester. Get off exit 310 onto Rt. 37 North. Follow 37 North to the exit to Rt. 50. Turn right at the top of the ramp and go about 1½  miles to the Middle School.

   Take I-81 South to exit 188A, Rt. 60W toward Buena Vista. Turn slight right onto US 501. Turn left to stay on US 501. Turn right onto US-501 / Magnolia ave. Continue to follow US-501. Turn right onto US-501 S / Lynchburg Expy / Northwest Expy. Turn right onto US-501 / Old Forest Rd / Lynchburg Expy. Turn right onto US-221 / Lakeside Dr. Continue to follow US-221. Turn right onto Perrowville Rd. (Wolf Branch Farm is on the right before you get to this point) Turn right onto Cavalier Circle. You will see the Cavalier Circle Shopping Center on the left. Jefferson Forest High School is on the right.

    Go east on Rt. 33 to Ruckersville. Turn left on Rt. 29 toward Culpeper and stay on Rt. 29 until Rt. 3 crosses over Rt. 29. Take Rt. 3 to Fredericksburg.  Continue on Rt. 3 and go Through Fredericksburg.  As you are leaving Fredericksburg, you will cross a bridge, continue on Rt. 3 for approx. 16 ½ miles to King George, VA.  Continue to only stop light in  town--Rt. 678 is ¼ mile from stop light. Turn right onto Rt. 678.  If you miss this turnoff, you can take Rt. 610 (St. Anthony's Road). Turn right onto St. Anthony's Road (Rt. 610).
