RULES OF THE GAME
The official rules of the game, as authorized by the Federation Internationale De Football Association (FIFA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), will apply in all cases except as modified by the Hammonton Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) rules. The 17 FIFA Laws of Soccer can be found in each link below. The HYSA modifications have been included within each rule.
