Mostly during the fall, when Mary dad left this earthly body to live for eternety in heaven.

We all gathered in South Dakota for an event we wish could be avoided.

Don Weiss, Mary's dad, was called home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2006.

Only Kristy could attend the funeral, so this was taken before we left.

Well, I couldn't resist.

Jen's mom is quit a seamstress.

Those annual Christmas jammies are proudly worn by Kevin, Jen, and Owen.


Kevin and Kristy, our son and daughter, taken the day of the Grandpa's funeral.

Don's whole family was able to get togather one week before he went on to be with the Lord.

Mary flew back from Washington, and Judy came all the way from Kiev. Now that's a work of God.

They had a wonderful last weekend none will forget.

Don is now in heaven,but his earthly body was put to rest on the prairie at Ben Ash Cemetery near the ranch in South Dakota where he raised his family.
