Based on your physical and emotional issues, Barbara selects a series of appropriate yoga poses. Through guided breathing techniques and assisted yoga postures, Barbara brings you to the edge of deep physical sensation. Here, with awareness focused on your body's sensations, you will be guided into dialogue about what's happening in your body. What can you learn from tension in your heart and lungs? What issues in your life do tight hamstrings reflect? You'll learn to listen to your body's wisdom with compassion and acceptance. The session concludes by connecting this inner wisdom with issues current in your life so you arrive at your next step with clarity. This is a safe, nurturing process.
