GENERAL INFORMATION:
1.  The musicians are independent contractors and assume all responsibility for payment of
     income tax withholding, Social Security, state tax, and Workman's Compensation insurance.

2.  Harps are valuable instruments and susceptible to damage when exposed to inclement
     weather such as rain, wind, direct sunlight, or temperatures above 85 or below 50 degrees.
     We cannot perform under these conditions.

3.   Travel charges apply outside a 25 mile radius and must be separately negotiated.

4.   For weddings, the enclosed Wedding Worksheet constitutes a part of this contract.
