Praying Down the Path of Your Students' Lives
Our friend Sandy, a public school teacher, asked for a version of the Path for teachers. She had been using the parents version in her classroom secretly praying for the children in her class. We developed a teacher version and she gathered a group of teachers and we spent a Saturday morning teaching them how to pray God's word for their students and gave them a book. Since then, others have given them to the teachers in their Christian schools. I don't keep the book in stock but there is a PDF version available that can be printed and copied.

Chapter 1
Cause my students to see things the way You see them and to understand Your
purposes and Your ways. 2
Give them the grace to recognize and receive wise instruction. Build in them a
sense of justice, common sense and fairness. 3
Keep my students listening to and learning from You and those You send to them.
Bring them in contact with wise counselors. 5
Cause my students to understand Your word, the Bible. Make sure they have a
proper fear and respect for You since these come before understanding. Do not
let them ever become fools who despise wisdom and instruction. Teach my students
the value of listening to their father and mother. 6-8
Build in my students the ability and desire to resist when others try to lure
them into sin. 10
