POLICIES:
Cancellation Policy: Treatments are selected and reserved specifically based on your needs.We require 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will result in a partial payment charge of 50% of the total cost of the service(s) scheduled. A lack of notification will result in the full charge of your scheduled service(s) and the forfeiture of gift certificates and coupons.

Pricing and Services: We reserve the right to change pricing and/or services without notice.

Check in Time: Clients are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to services, unless otherwise notified. First time appointments should arriveat least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appoint to allow time to fill out a health form and review current health conditions.

Health Issues: Since health is our numberone priority, please notify your therapist ofany current medical issues when makingyour appointment. There are contraindicationsto massage and prior Doctor’s approval may be needed.

Clothing: It is customary to remove all clothing including undergarments and loose jewelry during all sessions. If you are uncomfortable with this, certainly undress to your comfort level, but dress appropriately being aware that massage oil may stain clothing. During all sessions it is policy that you remain professionally draped and cared for allowing for minimal exposure of the area being addressed.
