has been designing herb gardens and using her harvest to enhance her health as well as the health of her friends and family for many years. Along with her practical work and research she has studied with Steven Margolis, M.D./herbalist, the Bear Tribe Society, pharmacology professor Msr. Ecofay in Geneva, Switzerland and is currently studying for her naturopathic degree. She has taken intense cooking classes in Italy, the Inn Season Cafe in Michigan and the New York Wine and Culinary Center. She is a member of the Michigan Herb Associates, the Ontario Herbalists Association of Canada and won Yard-Of-The-Year several times in Port Huron, Michigan for her expansive herb and old-fashioned perennial gardens. Ms. McCue instructs classes across the country at colleges, universities and various other facilities. She gives garden tours with a complete vegetarian dinner at The Herb Cottage during June, July and August. She decorates for corporations, wineries, B&B's and private homes. Ms. McCue is also a frequent radio and television guest. Also, Carolsue owns and operates The Herb Cottage East near Watkins Glen, NY.
