Elizabeth FOXWORTH was born 1742 in Ulster, Ireland. She died 1805 in Beaufort, Beaufort, South Carolina. Elizabeth married Thomas HORNE.

Archibald BAGGS RS [Parents] was born 1753 in Ireland. He died 1798 and was buried in Baggs Cem., Liberty, Georgia. Archibald married Hannah Esther DENNISON.

Came to America at 16 years of age.  Supposed to have been married first in Virginia. Daughter Diana.
Not known where first settled in Georgia at time of Revolutionary War.
Served as spy in Georgia Troops.  Several decendants in DAR on his war record. One # 492782.

C. C. Garrison, p. 4, gives father as possibly Patrick Dennison but there is some descrepency in dates.

William HOPE was born 1770 in SC. He died 1850 in Walthourville, Georgia. William married Celia WRIGHT.

Celia WRIGHT was born 1770. She died 1820 in Walthourville, Georgia. Celia married William HOPE.

BAGGS married Hannah (BAGGS).

Hannah (BAGGS) died Y in Virginia. She married BAGGS.

Patrick DENNISON was born estimated 1743.

James WALKER was born 18 Nov 1885 in Blackshear, Pierce Co., GA. He died 5 Feb 1963 in Blackshear, Pierce Co., GA. James married Kizzie Matilda JOHNS on 15 Apr 1908.

Kizzie Matilda JOHNS [Parents] was born 27 Oct 1886 in Brunswick, GA. She died 6 Nov 1963 in Miami, Dade Co., FL. Kizzie married James WALKER on 15 Apr 1908.

David Hickox is living in Blackshear, Pierce County, Georgia on 18th July 1870 as a Farmer with his wife Sarah and family. the children living with them athis time are; Drucilla age 39 and Levicy age 19. Also living inhis household is his daughter Nancy (Hickox) Smith age 35 and her (2) children, Owen age 7 and Jane age 5. Not sure waht happenned to Nancy's husband Simon Smith. He may have been a casualty of the US Civil War. David is shown as having a net worth of $1075, $600 in real estate (tract unknown), $475 in personal property. David is recorded on (page #31, line 27, household #255).

Sarah ALTMAN [Parents] was born 1812 in Wayne Co., GA. She died 2 Feb 1884 in Wayne Co., GA and was buried in New Hope Cemetary, Hickox, GA. Sarah married David HICKOX on 1828 in GA.

Note: New Hope/Buffalo Primitive Baptist Church formed from the High Bluff Church. It was originally located in Wayne County near Charlton County. (Sometimes referred to as Hickox Church.)
