    • Red also has a double bed/couch, crib
    • Green also has ½ bath
    • White is adjacent to separate sitting area
  • 1½ baths—tub/shower in full bath; stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, and blow dryer.
  • Fully stocked kitchen—coffee pot, filters, and coffee, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven/stove, pots/pans/utensils, dishes/glasses/flatware for 12, hand mixer, spices.
  • Telephone—long-distance service available.
  • Living room with gas fireplace—2 love seats, chair, and card/game table with 4 chairs.
  • TV with Dish Network and DVD player—bring your own movies.
  • Dining room—separate room, table with one leaf and 6 chairs.
  • Reading nook upstairs with chairs, lamps, bookshelves, and a few books for adults and children.
  • Washer and dryer—full size.

Outside enjoy:

  • Covered front and back porches with chairs.
  • Charcoal grill.
  • Over 8 acres of cleared and wooded land.
  • Private stretch of river with rocks to climb on and fish for the catching—fly fishing, catch and release only please.

the arbor swing near the house is a great place to relax the Haven offers country life with modern amenities. a private stretch of the Potomac is yours during your visit.

  • Devil's Backbone and Seneca Rocks for mountain climbing.
