Rates

• $1,000 weekly
• $200 daily
• 2-night minimum for weekends
• 3-night minimum for three-day weekends

Deposit of 1/3 of payment required with reservation. Full payment required 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made up to 4 weeks in advance will receive a full refund.

During high season—2nd week of March through October— for cancellations within 4 weeks, refunds will be provided only if the house is booked for the dates it was reserved.
