High Meadows Kikos is located in the Appalachian Mountains.
We have found the Kiko Goat to be an excellent choice for our farm.
Our breeding objective is "Mountain Hardy". HMK goals are to have good
maternal instincts, low hoof maintenance, worm tolerance, active
foragers, and ease of kidding in our does. We have been breeding
up our Kiko herd since 2004 with our focus on purebred Kikos. Kiko Goats
were imported in 1994 to improve meat goat production in the U.S..
We have not been disappointed in their strong will to survive and start
life in a matter of seconds after birth. Kiko Goats have a "will" that
many goats do not have to survive.
Senior breeding buck, HMK Farragut is a fullblood Kiko.
The 2011 breeding season will be his second season at High Meadows Kikos. His kids will be due in March/April 2012.

Are you looking to buy Kikos? Visit Kikos For Sale We only have does
for sale at this time.
We have started compiling birth weights, 90 day weights, and 150 day weights. Weight of our kids had a tremendous
impact on our farm management program. Recording the weights will help determine which does and bucks are being productive
for your farm goals.
We will begin DNA testing the Winter of 2011/2012. Kids will be sire verified
before they are sold. DNA testing is another tool for the developement of your farm management program.
The 2012 kidding season will soon be upon us. The hard work will start for us the end of March.
It is always a joy to see what you planned become a reality.
We wish you a prosperous New Year!
