Janet Palumbo, harpsichord

Janet Palumbo, harpsichord, holds degrees in music from Lawrence University and Princeton University, where she studied musicology.  A resident of Princeton, NJ, Ms. Palumbo has performed with early music ensembles in the U.S., Italy, and Brazil, as well as with the Newtown Chamber Orchestra and the Greater Trenton Symphony Orchestra. With Le Triomphe de l’amour, she has recorded Telemann’s “Six Sonates dans le goût italien” (Lyrichord) and Boismortier’s Trio Sonatas op. 41, which was released in Rio de Janeiro in December 2004 and featured on Brazilian national television.
