Ann and William had three children.

1. John Northfield was christened on June 5, 1791 at Bottisham, England.
2. Samuel Northfield was christened on April 26, 1795 at Bottisham, England.
3. William Northfield was christened on December 23, 1801 at Bottisham, England. In 1823, he married Ann Pammenter.
