José Casimiro Camacho is the son of Felipe Jesus Camacho and Maria Joseph de la Cruz.
He married on August 5, 1777 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico to Maria de los Santos Nuñez, daughter of Juan Manuel Nuñez and Marcia Gabreta Tuexan. Maria died about the year 1785.
Casimiro and Maria had at least two children.
- José Ignacio Camacho who was born about 1781 at San Anton de la Minas, Mexico.
- José Serildo Filomeno Camacho who was baptized on July 9, 1785 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico.
Casimiro married for the second time on June 6, 1787 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico to Maria Ignacia Guirina Pachero, daughter of Francisco Xavier Pachero and Cecilia Francisca Guevara. Maria Ignacia was born about 1762 at San Anton de la Minas, Mexico. This year is based upon her age, sixteen, at the time of her marriage to Casimiro.
Casimiro and Maria Ignacia had at least five children.
- Juan José Rafael Camacho who was baptized on June 16, 1788. He married on December 13, 1809 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico to Maria Vegal, daughter of Simona Rosalie Vegal.
- Juana Maria Napomusena Trinidad Camacho who was baptized on June 7, 1789 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico.
- Maria Vicenta Gila Camacho who was baptized on September 8, 1791 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico
- José Timoteo Camacho who was baptized on January 24, 1793 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico. He married on August 12, 1812 in the Catholic church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico to Maria Juana de Dios Baldez, daughter of Pedro José Baldez and Gaudalupe Orica.
Timoteo and Maria Juana had six children, all of whom were baptized in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico.
- José Luis Gonzaga Camacho who was baptized on June 25, 1817.
- Maria Vicenta Eutemia Camacho who was baptized on December 30, 1819.
- Juan José Servero de la Luz Camacho who was baptized on February 8, 1823.
- Juan José Pragedis Camacho who was baptized on July 21, 1825.
- Maria Tomasa Camacho who was baptized on September 18, 1834.
- Maria Eulogia Camacho who was baptized on March 11, 1842.
- Maria Antonia Gregoria Camacho who was baptized on March 16, 1795 in the Catholic Church at Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico.
