Reports and Submissions

I live in Roseburg, Or.  One night I was staying out in the country, (Lookinglass, near Roseburg,) with a friend of mine about four years ago.  She lives in the "Valley"  which is below the hills surrounding her home.  There are a lot of Indian burial grounds out there.  Anyway, we were sitting up in the living room and it was about one o'clock in the morning.  We were watching a lightning storm at the time. All of a sudden, at the end of her driveway we saw a young girl of about 7 or 8 years old looking at us.  She was dressed in dark clothes from another period.  We could see her in between the flashes of lightning.  My friends dad thought it was strange she was out so late and all alone so he went outside to see if she needed help.  When he got out there she had disappeared.  We looked for her for a good half an hour, and never found her.  It was pretty spooky.   That house always had weird noises in it, and you could FEEL something there, but never saw it.  My friend still lives there to this day, and it hasn't changed a bit.  Just thought you might want to hear this.  By the way, great website.  It's hard to find sites on the internet about hauntings and such which are so close to my town.  Keep up the good work.                                                           J.A.
