The first time I had a strange occurance was almost 12 years ago when my daughter was first brought home from the hospital. My husband took my son fishing and had just left when I heard the basement door slam and heard his footsteps run down the stairs. He walks flat footed so I recognized the sound. I went to him and called out his name. When he didn't respond I went down the stairs to find the basement empty. I realized I had left the baby on the couch alone.
I had the strange thought that I had been tricked away from her, terrified I ran back to her. She was unharmed, but I felt terrified at what had happened so I went into my room and stayed there until my husband returned.
The next time I felt like I was being touched in the shower. It was colder than it had been as if the energy source had a colder than room tempature.
Two other people outside of our family have experienced it also. A friend and I had a very loud wall banging episode that we could not recreate latter as the shingles on the house didn't make the same type of sound as we had heard, it sounded like the pounding noise came from inside the laugh and plaster walls.
A woman was using the bathroom and came screaming out with her pants down at hearing the same wall pounding noises.
The worst and strangest thing might have been a dream my daughter had. She was under two at the time, and she had just laid down for a nap. Her door flew open and she came screaming at the top of her lungs shaking uncontrolably. She said her toys were flying around her room. She identified Mable whom she had known as scary, and will become upset to the point of crying at the mention of her name to this day.
I told the people we sold the house to the events we thought we might have witnessed prior to selling the house, they say they do not experience any unusual things at the house.
Our house is not experiencing any events such as the Montana house did. Following my Mothers death we did smell her purfume by my computer twice though, once by me and then by my husband. This event was a warm and sweet memory type event that was quite different from the Mable events.
